Jon is a commercial director from Connecticut, currently based in LA, but forever a fan of Chicago. Growing up, all of his friends were really good at skating and he wasn’t. The choice between getting hurt trying to keep up or just filming them was obvious. Because of that skate background, he really got into shooting kinetic scenes and dynamic movement. Despite only dressing in black and white, he loves bold production design, a technical VFX shot, and figuring out what makes a story tick. He considers himself equal parts technician and storyteller.
